1. Reservation:
Make a reservation:
When making a reservation for your selected hotels, transfers, flights or tour package, please follow our instruction to fill in a form properly and submit. Your tour request will be replied with details by our experienced travel consultants within one working day. If you enquire a tailor-made tour package, our consultant will send you the designed itinerary with price within one or two working days.
Confirmation:
After you confirm with your reservation and way of payment, you will receive a formal confirmation letter from gotohangzhou.com
Deposit:
30-80% of total cost as the deposit is required at the time of confirmation of the reservation. Details you will find in your conformation letter.

For RMB payment:
When you transfer the payment, don't forget to write your name, tour code or tour name on the transfer sheet.
After the transfer, please inform us by fax of the copy of bank slip at +86 571 88078544 or by e-mail that you have finished sending the money to our account.
Pay in cash upon arrival:
For some tours with small amount of money without any requirement of deposit, you can pay the tour fee in cash upon arrival to our tour guide. For the balance of your tour payment, you can also choose to pay in case upon arrival.
Pay by credit card upon arrival:
If it is not convenient for you to bring large amount of money in cash, you can pay by credit card upon arrival. In that case, 4% of the total amount of payment extra must be charged by the bank.
3. Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be done through fax or mail. Phone calls /verbal cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation must be made at least two days before departure. The details will be showed in the conformation letter for you.
4. Tour price:
All the tour prices are quoted in USD. We keep the rights to revise the price time to time. But once your reservation is confirmed, the price can not be changed.
